The readiness of the staff to help you in any situation although it's not their schedule. The constant smile ang and greetings from them makes you feel warm and liked. The best part is Manthan who magically appears anytime I need help. He's an angel

Overall Property was good. I would highly recommend this place. Only Room Size is bit small otherwise very positive staff and amenities. Buffet Breakfast could have better option. Less in Veg and less option compared to rest property. Reception who took check in was very helpful. Can't be able to recall her name.

Easily located on the main road. Has compact rooms that can accommodate 2 people . Usually a business hotel but quite a cosy one for family and leisure travel as well. Breakfast is wholesome with lot of options.

the staff especially the front office staff. they gave me early check in and also granted my late check out request due to the delayed flight. guards, housekeeping and the driver are all very helpful and courteous. The driver named Jayesh? I’m not sure, I forgot his name, is very friendly and can speak English well enough to entertain me throughout my journey from airport to hotel. rooms are truly small as per the other reviews but it’s comfortable for me. little tip: there’s a rumor that nurses who checks in in Holiday Inn are passing the NCLEX! I proved it right! ❤️🙏🏻

I enjoy visiting my daughter and Son, and family. The hotel is very comfortable and breakfast was delicious 😋 and the location was amazing, thank you so much for looking after me? All the restaurant staff, and also the housing keeping. Thank you once again.

The room was well-maintained, and the staff was very nice. I just said once that I would be leaving early, so please pack my breakfast, and to my surprise, my breakfast was kept at reception without a reminder. This is the first time I have felt this way during my stay at various hotels.

I liked my stay at holiday especially the warm welcome of maherban at the reception he is very kind he has a very good customer care value he is very helpful to international guest he is always there for assistance and very polite and respectful to the customers I will always recommend anyone anytime to holiday in Ahmedabad in the hands of maherban u are always safe!keep the good work maherban.and to holiday inn maherban is a valuable asset to the growth of the hotel.kindly recognize his efforts.

Very clean rooms and comfortable bed, shower was great with good hot water. The breakfast was good with lots of options both European/Western and Indian cuisine. Staff were friendly and the place overall was well presented. Good to be able to do our own laundry too.
